Maintenance Program

For a fraction of the cost of your roof cleaning, you can maintain the bright, clean look for good! Instead of doing a full roof cleaning every 1-2 years, we can come back every six months to make sure it stays clean & bright!

There is no up-front cost to join the program and we are happy to clean your roof whether you elect the maintenance service or not. If you would like the maintenance service, just let us know, and we will reach out in about 5 months to schedule the follow up visit. 

We will come back out every 6 months to ensure the roof doesn’t get gross and grimy again!

**Shades must perform an initial roof cleaning to ensure it’s done properly and maintenance services must be done within 7 months of the initial cleaning or maintenance services going forward.
